Why I built it

I've always enjoyed Pokémon and wanted to build something using the PokéAPI. While playing Pokémon Violet, I found myself constantly looking at my team, wondering how I could improve it, which Pokémon would work well together, and what my ideal squad could look like. That curiosity eventually turned into this project.

How it works

Next time

I'm considering adding real-time squad battles using WebSockets, along with user accounts and persistent storage so players can save and manage their squads.
